Leasing Promotion Terms and Conditions
- The Limited-Time Offer is available for a limited period and may be modified or discontinued at the discretion of the leasing team.
- This promotion is available on new 1-year periodic leases only and is limited to new residents. Current residents transferring units or buildings are not eligible.
- All required lease documentation must be completed and received prior to move-in, including proof of insurance, NSP confirmation, and preauthorized payment forms.
- The individual must submit an approved application and pay the last months rent to be eligible for the limited-time offer.
- The promotion must be identified and approved at the time of application.
- Retroactive promotions will not be applied under any circumstances.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, incentives, or discounts unless explicitly stated in writing or by a leasing representative. Limit one promotional offer per new lease.
- Incentives are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Eligibility for the promotion is conditional upon the lease commencing as scheduled and the resident remaining in good standing. If the lease is terminated early or the resident is in default of the lease agreement, the incentive may be forfeited.
- Promotions are subject to suite availability and may apply to select units only.
- Killam Apartment REIT reserves the right to verify eligibility and to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice. Errors or omissions in promotional advertising do not guarantee eligibility.
