Pet Policy

We are pet friendly! Our fair guidelines ensure quality of life for all residents – including furry ones.
  • Only two pets are allowed per suite
  • Dogs have a weight restriction of 35lbs or less and a height restriction of 15 inches
A pet interview is required for all pets before being allowed to move into the community, they must be spayed or neutered, and they must have a valid license with the city. There is a non-refundable fee of $250 per pet.
